Международный фестиваль психотерапии и практической психологии "Святочные встречи" проходит ежегодно 8-12 января на юге России.

Содержание Фестиваля составляют различные формы профессионального взаимодействия (творческие мастерские, дискуссионные группы, семинары, супервизии, большие группы, собрания сообщества и др.) между специалистами в области обслуживания психического здоровья населения, а также различные формы презентации профессиональной деятельности.

Мы предлагаем вам привезти на фестиваль «Святочные встречи» свой уникальный профессиональный опыт, свои размышления, своих новых коллег и знакомых. От всех нас будет зависеть, станет ли программа очередных «Святок» насыщенной и интересной.

Brief description.

 

Work-shop; master-class "Analytical Fairy-Tale-Therapy and Archetypical Analysis".

 

Fairy-Tale-Therapy and Archetypical Analysis are a fruitful and efficient methodology in psychotherapy and practical psychology. Work with fairy-tales allows us to investigate the psyche and influence it at various levels, from surface to the depth. This is equally efficient with adults and with children. Good knowledge and recognition of the basic archetypical role and plots gives the psychologist (any, not only a specialist in fairy-tale-therapy) a rooted in time and culture understanding of the nature of neuroses, human conflicts and ways to resolve them.

A fairy-tale composed by a man carries a lot of information about him, mostly expressed unconsciously; and analysis can turn this info into conscious. Besides, such a tale is a perfect experimental model of a certain period of life and working with a fairy-tale we can model the changes in human life with a good understanding of the consequences.

Metaphorical constructs say more about the life of a human soul rather than simple logical ones do. In a way the soul can breathe and lives on fairy-tales, which means that the psychic has its own reality and this reality can be better described and understood in fairy-tales rather than in a logical language.

Fairy-tales is a good way of communication both between people and between the unconscious and conscious parts of the personality. No matter how much we deal with “decoding” of this language, anyway speaking it is much more. This ability is peculiar to man, and this is another evidence to the fact that the methods of fairy-tale-therapy can be employed to work with anyone. Fantacising is universal.

Understanding the key plots of one’s own life and the plots of one’s work with people (one’s own fairy-tales) must be mastered by every specialist in psychotherapy and practical psychology. The very use of fairy-tales in work goes beyond the limits of fairy-tale-therapy, which makes its expansion a useful part of psychological education in its broadest meaning.
