Brief description.

Psychoanalytical training «Decade of Fatal Line».

Psychologists call the age of 30-40 «the decade of fatal line». By this age we realize the divergence between our dreams, life goals and the real state of things, feel our loss of physical strength, life energy and sexual appeal. At the same time the second part of the life can be the time for opening professional and personal possibilities and reaching wisdom. I am happy to invite all those who have come up to the fatal line or who are approaching that, who want to learn how to build their own life and just follow the stream

Content: analysis of parent models

Work with experiences in 4 spheres:

- relationships with others (family, friends, colleagues)

- physical body (power, sexual appeal)

- values orientation (needs, values, desires)

Time-line building

Search of borders for individuality and independence. Taking freedom and responsibility for one’s own fate.

Major techniques employed at the training:

Art-therapeutic, body-oriented exercises, visualization, Hellinger’s arrangements. Work with feelings and personal problems of the participants.

Duration 3 hours.
