Please save a copy of the registration form and contact the Secretary to confirm registration. The number of participants is limited, so the Directorate can not guarantee participation to those who submit the registration form after the deadline – 01.12.2010

The registration fee includes payment for participation in the entire professional programme, official opening, welcome cocktail, evening programme and farewell drink, and for the set of papers (the final programme, the list of participants, etc.). Registration fee for accompanying persons includes participation in the welcome cocktail, official opening, evening programme, and farewell drink of the Festival. Children’s registration fee includes participation in the special child programme of the Festival. The registration fee does not include meals and accommodation.
ACCOMMODATION, CATERING
All the participants and accompanying people can make a reservation at the Hotel Crystal. You can have economy rooms: single and double, with a TV-set and a fridge in each room as well as rooms in a section, which makes an ideal choice for a family of 4. Besides, you can have Lux, with one or two rooms, with an individual conditioning system and all the furniture, a TV-set (satellite TV available), a mini-bar, and a large bathroom

Additional details: Building №1 and Building №2 are located on the premises of the Crystal, about 100 metres apart. The major and the evening programme will be held in Building № 2/ The Child Programme will be held in Building №1. Note! To find out about the rooms available, please contact the organisers. The number of the rooms marked with an (*) is limited, so reservations shall be made upon down-payment only.
